    The Founder

CAROLYN HERRING- MOORE

Carolyn Moore is married to retired military soldier, Pastor Marcus Moore. Together they have 11 children and reside in Fayetteville, GA. Carolyn is a military brat and daughter of Purple Heart recipient, Ret. MSG. Joe T. Herring, Ethel Herring of Lake City, Fl and her mother  Virginia Herring,(rip) Warrensburg, MO.

She has an exemplary history of providing workshops and empowerment conferences for victims of domestic violence.  This dynamic playwright, author, producer, actress and motivational speaker; shares her life story of how she overcame being abused.  Carolyn believes that her theatrical productions help bring self awareness and the message that there is "Life after Abuse!" It was her 10year experience of violent abuse to a minister that fueled her vision to reach other victims in hiding.

The inception of "Oasis" was birthed in 2005, and Oasis Productions was created in 2006.   Her organization with the vision to assist domestic violence victims created a place of refuge, healing and peace! This not-for-profit forum had a purpose and mission.  Her sell out plays; "The Gift of Giving," “Women Shoptalk While Real Men Wait", and "Confessions of a Man," provide her audiences with real life situations and inspirational alternatives to recovery.  Inspired by Tyler Perry; Carolyn was able to create her (real life) characters on stage and deliver her message. The theatrical works are used as a tool to help others visually see how abuse can be fatal. Carolyn has written a book, “When Enough is Enough” her life after abuse.

God made my dream of over 10 years a reality. He blessed me with my own Theatre; Oasis Montage Performing Arts Center. The grand opening was so phenomenal. We opened with the ribbon cutting by Mayor Ed Johnson and former candidate councilman Pam Reid. It was on April 8m 2017. I am blessed with a wonderful business partner, Kim Whitner. She helped to get our new summercamp program started May 30th. The camp offers dance, art, acting, dance, photography and modeling. Now that Oasis Montage Ministries has a non-profit 501C3; Oasis we are so happy to making a difference in the community. We seek to help heal the broken heart. Please be patient with me, God is not through with me yet.

"I realized that my silence was an acceptance for what happened to me; the same silence that imprisons others." Oasis speaks provides that platform for victims to heal. Carolyn's commitment to impact each community has allowed her productions to travel around the states.  She has a Masters of Cosmetology, a graduate of Pikes Peak Community College, CO with an Associates of Science (Radio & Television Broadcasting/minor in Theater,) a Bachelors in Communications and a Grad student of Argosy University, Tampa.

Her voice, her plays and her book; "When Enough is Enough", are the voices of many.

Carolyn Herring-Moore Founder of: “Oasis Productions”, “Oasis Speaks,” “Oasis Montage Magazine,” Soap Opera-“The Love Café’” and author of “When Enough is Enough.”
